NISCAM’s automation support contracts are a flexible agreement tailored to the site requirements. They can be provided to cover parts only, labour only or both, minimising equipment downtime and minimising lost production costs.
NISCAM offer a number technical contracts from a simple support contract through to site adoption where all the site automation is covered, and preventative maintenance visits made as required to maximise system effectiveness.
If you have a ‘Bonded Stock Contract’ with NISCAM, we will purchase, hold and guarantee the stock availability to you immediately when needed. This means the site still has a comprehensive spares stock, but only pays for the parts when they are used.
