Our Control and Automation Management Contract is a flexible agreement which is tailored to the individual needs of your business. We will provide experienced control systems engineers on call, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year including all bank holidays. Call out history is recorded in our dedicated CAMsys support system for future reference. A Bonded Spares Contract will provide further peace of mind by guaranteeing immediate parts availability.
We offer a number of technical contracts from a simple support contract to site adoption where all the site automation equipment is maintained, and provide preventative maintenance to suit. An insight into some of the benefits follows:
24/7 CALL-OUT SUPPORT
Our support contracts offer guaranteed response times, including to site if necessary after an initial support call, ensuring your production is up and running again in the shortest possible time.
Support contracts come with regular health checks to change batteries to pre-empt program loss, and panel health checks to identify failing parts. Program downloads are also made as a backup measure.
Support contracts include remote support either by phone, or secure remote vpn access where allowed to diagnose issues.
CAMSYS SITE MANAGMENT SOFTWARE
Our contracts also include access to our industry leading site management software CAMsys.
Support contracts include initial site surveys for site familiarisation to maximise problem resolution time.
NISCAM can assess all the site control systems to pre-empt any problems or systems that need attention, including any obsolescence issues to minimise plant downtime.
If you have a Bonded Stock Contract with NISCAM, we will purchase, hold and guarantee the stock availability to you immediately when needed. This means the site still has a comprehensive spares stock but only pays for the parts when they are used.
We have a comprehensive spares stock for the majority of major automation OEM suppliers.
Once a spare requirement is identified, part dispatch is available 24/7.
All spare parts, new or refurbished, are fully tested by NISCAM before dispatch.
ENGINEERING HOURS CONTRACTS
Our Techflex contracts enable our customers to minimise adminstration costs in purchasing support hours in bulk in one purchase order, and use those hours in anyway required such as covering breakdowns, software enhancements, hardware upgrades, and project work.
Bulk-purchased Techflex hours can be used for shift cover to allow for illness and other unforeseen circumstances.
Fine tune a machine to make it more efficient and increase production.
We provide preventative maintenance as part of our support package to minimise equipment failure.
